Traditionally cooked mutton curry

Jaffna's traditional style mutton kulambu 

Ingredients:

Coriander Seeds – 4 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds – 3/4 Tbsp
Pepper Corns – 3/4 Tbsp
Dry Red Chillies – 10-12 
Shallots – 17 
Garlic – 10 
Ginger – 2 inch piece
Curry leaves – 1 Spring
Gingelly Oil – 35 ml
Cardamom – 3 
Cinnamon – 2 sticks
Cloves – 4 
Bay leaf – 1 
Star Aniseed – 1 
Onion Sliced – 1
Tomato – 3 
Rock Salt – To Taste
Turmeric – 1 1/2 Tsp
Mutton with Few Bones – 500 Gm
